For every myOstrich Golf Kids Club you return to us that is in playable condition, you will receive 30% off on any new or used myOstrich Golf Kids Club you purchase! If the club is not in playable condition, you will still receive a discount, however it will be reduced by the costs to put the club back in playing condition.

After sending in the form, our Returns Manager will contact you by email with a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Please DO NOT send in any clubs until you have this information.

In the form below, please enter your name, contact information, and a list of the clubs you are returning. If any of the clubs are damaged and no longer playable, please let us know that as well.
