The program has two parts - a Retail Program, and a Wholesale Program.

Retail Program

Retail customers receive:

• $25 - Driver credit
• $15 - Fairway Wood or Hybrid credit
• $5 - Iron, Wedge or Putter credit

Retail customers can accumulate a maximum of $250 in product credits.

Retail customers can use up to 50% of their product credit, not to exceed 50% of the invoice total toward their purchase of new SMT heads or shafts. This means if you turn in $250 worth of heads, you can use $125 in your first order, and $125 in your second order, however you must buy $250 worth of SMT product to use $125 worth of product credits.

Retail customers can redeem product credits for SMT products ONLY - assembled or unassembled product is permitted.

You may increase the value of your Trade-In allowance at any time, up to the maximum of $250, by simply sending in more qualifing heads. Trade-In credits will only be applied to orders if the heads have been received, you may not send heads in after the fact or apply them to prior orders.

Dealers have the right to refuse the program to customers that they feel are abusing the program. Dealers have the right to refuse any club that is deemed unacceptable for any reason. Program funds are redeemable only on SMT heads and shafts. Retail customers are responsible for all costs of getting their equipment to a participating dealer. Customers bear full responsibility for delivery of products to participating dealers. SMT and its dealers have the right to discontinue participation in this program at any time. Accessories are not eligible for trade-in program moneys. Shipping, handling and assembly charges may apply. Credits are not transferable between customers or dealers. Dealers have the sole right to determine when product credits expire, and customer notification of expiring credits may take any form that the dealer determines is adequate, including email notification and/or public web page listings.

SMT Golf, Inc. will be solely responsible for ensuring that this product is redistributed and/or disposed of in accordance with applicable Environmental Protection Agency regulations.

Wholesale Program

For SMT Dealer trade-ins toward the purchase of components, we will offer:

• $10 - Driver credit
• $5 - Fairway Wood or Hybrid credit
• $2 - Iron or Wedge credit

Dealers must take one new head for every head they return at the time of the return
Dealers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges to myOstrich Golf
Dealers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on outbound orders

All Programs

Be sure you CLEARLY identify that these are SMT Trade-In products, and identify WHO YOU ARE so we know how to apply these credits. Don't forget to include your email address.

To Redeem your product credits, you must request that they be applied to your order in the comments section of the order processing checkout screens. We will apply them to your order and adjust your billing appropriately. Credits displayed on this page will be updated to reflect the balance of your product credits when we receive Trade-In product, and when you redeem product credits during a purchase.

Any error in the display of product credits on this page should be brought to our attention immediately. myOstrich Golf will be the sole judge of the correct value of product credits for any given customer, and any errors in this display will not result in improper credit allowances.

Product Credits may not be used in conjunction with any other specials, discounts or coupons issued by myOstrich Golf or SMT Golf unless specifically noted.
