myOstrich Golf accepts a number of different payment methods for your convenience. Our payment and checkout process is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer certificate provided by a state of the art security service and your transaction is completely safe.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We do not bill your credit card until your order ships, however your credit card company may institute a pre-authorization free on funds equal to your purchase amount to guarantee that we are able to charge your card when we actually ship.
PayPal
You can check out with PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account. Please continue all the way through the PayPal checkout process so that you return to the myOstrich Golf website to make sure your transaction completes successfully.
If you pay via your PayPal account and you do not have sufficient funds, PayPal calls this an eCheck and it may take 5 days to clear. Your order will ship when payment clears.
Check/Money Order
We accept personal and company checks, as well as bank or postal money orders. If you pay by check, we will ship your order once your check has cleared the bank. This may take several days after we receive payment.
Please send checks or money orders AFTER finishing your order entry and checkout. The address will be presented to you at final checkout.
Bank/Wire Transfer
We accept bank wire transfers from foreign banks with an added service fee. The necessary information will be presented to you at checkout. Clearance of the transfer is required before shipping. This may take as long as 5 working days.
On Account
If you have previously set up an account with myOstrich Golf, or you have a valid credit card on file, you may select this payment method and we will bill your account or your credit card on file.
If you do NOT have a previously defined account or valid card on file, there will be a delay in processing your order while we contact you.
Christmas Club Credits
Your personal Christmas Club account is a convenient way to purchase Credits to be used on our website to purchase goods and services. You can use your accumulated Credits the same as cash for any purchases on our website. Credits may be purchased at any time and you can accumulate credits until the 15th of December of the current calendar year. The funds in your Christmas Club account will not accrue interest.
Your credits WILL EXPIRE after the 15th of December if you do not use them. myOstrich Golf will issue a refund to you for any Credits not used by the expiration date. The refund will be assessed a service charge of $15 or 20% of the balance in your account, whichever is larger.
When you decide to spend the funds in your Christmas Club account, just click the button for Christmas Club Credits on the PAYMENT page at checkout. If there are not enough funds in your Christmas Club account to pay for the entire order, please contact us with your credit card information or put a note in the COMMENTS section indicating you want us to send you a PayPal invoice or bill your current Account on File.
Layaway Plan
Place your order now and we will pull the parts from our inventory immediately and hold them for you for a maximum of 60 days.
Once you fill your shopping cart simply start the checkout process. When you arrive at the PAYMENT page select the button that says Layaway Plan, then finish the checkout process and confirm your order.
You need to pay for 30% of your order at the time your order is placed. After you finish the checkout process for your Layway order, please place a new order by visiting our Layaway Payment page. This product page is set up to allow you to select $1 incremental payment units. If you want to purchase $23 toward your Layaway simply order 23 units of our Layaway Payment product and pay with any of our standard payment options.
To calculate 30% of your order total for your first Layaway Payment, simply multiply your order total order by 0.30. As soon as this first payment is made, your order will be immediately pulled and set aside. We will hold your order for up to 60 days or until it is paid in full.
After the down-payment on your order is completed, you can easily return to the Layaway Payment product page at your convenience to make future payments. Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can submit payments at any time. You are welcome to submit a payment as often as you wish and for any amount. We will track your payments and provide you with an up to date summary on your account page.
Your order will be shipped as soon as it is paid in full.
Orders not paid in full within 60 days will be automatically canceled and a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee is $25 or 15% of the total order, whichever is greater. Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this cancellation rule.
