All contests are covered by the laws of the State of Maine and entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Entrants may be added to our internal mailing lists for sales promotions or newsletters sent out by myOstrich Golf or it's agents. At no time will names or contact information be sold or shared with other companies - they remain the property of myOstrich Golf and your privacy will be honored.

Winners of all contests will be selected by myOstrich Golf and all decisions are final. Where multiple contest entries are allowed, only correct contest entries will be accepted. Where single contest entries are required, only the first entry will be accepted unless the contest specifically allows for multiple attempts to get to a correct entry. When winners are selected by random drawing, the order of your first correct contest entry received will determine your number in the drawing. A suitable random number generator will be used to select the random winners.

Winners will be contacted by email or phone when possible within 48 hours of the drawing date. If a winner cannot be contacted after 7 days, the prize will be forfeit. Prizes not claimed with 30 days will be forfeit. Winners may have their name posted on the myOstrich Golf website along with the contest and prize they won. Winners may have their name and prize information submitted in press release form to news agencies or other advertising agencies as deemed appropriate by myOstrich Golf or their agents, including Internet web sites. No personal information other than a winner's name will be released except to any controlling legal authority.

Substitutions or upgrades of all or portions of any contest prizes will be at the sole discretion of myOstrich Golf. Winners are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other fees that may be associated with winning a prize in your locality. Prize winners will be charged $0.01 for any prize won so that they are not entirely free (you must be a lawyer to understand the need for this one...).

Any contest entries which are believed to be fraudulent will be discarded without warning or notice. Legal action may be taken by myOstrich Golf if fraud is suspected in any contest entry. Any contest entry may be discarded by myOstrich Golf for any reason with no warning or recourse.

Once a contest is completed, if a puzzle is involved, the correct answer to that puzzle will be made available.

Employees of myOstrich Golf and their families or agents are prohibited from entering into any contest.
